Dreamt up after nearly a decade continuously working and exploring across 60+ countries and their unique food cultures, Ziggy’s is the vision of Gabriel - a fine food chef, expert fermenter, wild forager and award-winning flavour maker.
Driven by a love of the fading arts of foraging, fermenting and cooking from the land, he’s chased wild ingredients and forgotten techniques worldwide.
Now, he crafts exceptional products for retail and top hospitality partners, while leading industry workshops, collaborations and culinary adventures. He’s usually found somewhere between Sydney, Bellingen and out roaming free in the wild.
