Dreamt up & inspired through nearly a decade of travel across the globe: working, volunteering & learning about food culture across almost 60 countries.

Together, Gabriel & Nathalie pursued the disappearing art of how to forage, grow, ferment & cook anything & everything - chasing obscure wild food foraging skills & flavours that are being lost with time.

Gabriel is an award-winning flavour creator, fine food chef, wild food forager, specialist fermenter, product collaborator & educator.

Nathalie is a passionate environmental educator, adventurer and creative superstar.

Based between Sydney & Bellingen in Australia - but most often spotted deep in the wild!
