Dreamt up after a decade continuously working, travelling and exploring across 60+ countries and their unique global food cultures, Ziggy’s is the vision of a fine food chef, expert fermenter, wild forager and multi award-winning flavour maker.
Driven by a love of the fading arts of foraging, hunting, fermenting and cooking from the land, chasing wild ingredients and forgotten techniques.
Now crafting exceptional products for retail and top hospitality partners, leading industry events, collaborations and culinary adventures. He’s usually found somewhere on Australia’s east coast - roaming free in the wild.

A proper BBQ sauce - dialled allllll the way up!
Built on a rich organic tomato base and layered with smoked organic macadamias, ‘Outcask’ dark rum from Karu Distillery, and then aged in an ex-rum cask for wild depth - this is bold, glossy, and seriously addictive.
Think deep caramelised chocolate, gentle smoke, a hit of umami nutty, and a perfectly balanced sweet-acid finish that keeps you coming back for more.
The macadamias bring a luxurious, silky body, while the rum lifts everything with warmth and aroma - a sauce that feels just as at home in a fine dining kitchen as it does on a backyard grill.

Here it’s gently cooked down with strawberries and award-winning 'Affinity’ Gin botanicals from Karu Distillery - into a vibrant, jewel-toned jam that captures the fruit at its absolute peak.
