      Hand foraged wild seaweeds are collected, dried and fermented into organic rice wine vinegar, along with wild foraged native peppers from the Dorrigo plateau on the mid-north coast of NSW - for an oceany, briney, umami sensation.

      Wild Native raspberries have been continuously collected for over 2.5 years, added into a larger fermenting batch of this 100% natural vinegar - with aromatic additions from wild hand foraged Lemon Myrtle leaves - for a fruity, citrusy, ruby-hued sensation.
