Wood-smoked wild boar salami meets wild foraged lemon myrtle and native pepperberry in a fiery dance, backed by tongue-tingling Sichuan peppercorns, umami-rich pickled mustard greens, and house-fermented chilli.

This robust blend captures the spirit of traditional XO while showcasing native flavours in every spoonful. Slather it on fresh prawns, stir it through fried rice, or drop a dollop on anything craving an umami spice kick.
