Our wild take on a pantry staple - an outrageously delicious, naturally fermented soy sauce made from organic soy beans - but rich, sweet and dark like the night sky.

Boldness comes from wild foraged and fermented coffee beans, collected in state forests along the mid north coast of NSW.

A hint of sweetness from local raw honey from our mate Felix.

Add an umami kick and serious depth of flavour to all of your tasty creations!
